It is written to meet the requirements of Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and, where they apply, the GDPR and applicable US state laws.

- Correspondence: your contact details and the content of emails, calls or messages you send us.
- Job applications: your CV and any other details you choose to send us when applying for a role.
Full name, email, organization and solution of interest are needed to process a briefing request. You are under no legal obligation to provide any information, but without the required fields we cannot respond to your request.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Website, our hosting, security and analytics providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the Website and to understand how it is used. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the referring page, and the time and duration of your visit.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Strictly necessary: browser storage that keeps technical settings the Website needs to work and remembers your cookie choices.
- Platform statistics: a session identifier kept in your browser’s local storage that lets our hosting platform, Base44, count visits. It is not used to track you on other websites.
- Analytics: Google Analytics cookies, such as
_ga, that help us understand how visitors use the Website. They generally expire within two years. - Advertising: Google Ads cookies, such as
_gcl_au, that measure the results of our advertising campaigns and, where you allow it, let us show our ads to people who visited the Website (remarketing). They generally expire within 90 days to 13 months.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before Google Analytics or Google Ads cookies are used. Other visitors are informed through our cookie banner and can reject these cookies. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. You can also block cookies in your browser, manage ad personalization in Google My Ad Center, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Information we do not ask for
We do not ask for sensitive personal information, such as health, biometric or political information. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, classified information or export-controlled technical data through the Website.

We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similar effects.
Legal bases for processing
Under Israeli law, we collect personal information with your informed consent, which you give by submitting it after receiving this notice, or as otherwise permitted by law. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Responding to briefing requests and correspondence | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries |

Marketing communications
We do not send advertising messages by email, text message or similar means unless you have agreed to receive them, as required by section 30A of Israel’s Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982, and similar laws elsewhere. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a message or by emailing info@aerint.solutions.
International transfers
Our service providers may store and process personal information outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Economic Area (“EEA”). We transfer information abroad in accordance with Israel’s Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Information to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001.
The European Commission recognizes Israel as providing an adequate level of data protection, so information may be transferred from the EEA to AERINT in Israel. Where information from the EEA or the United Kingdom is transferred onward to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the recipient’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where available. Google LLC, which provides Google Analytics and Google Ads, participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Data retention
- Briefing requests and business correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and generally no longer than seven years after our last contact, to meet legal and record-keeping requirements and to establish or defend legal claims.
- Job applications: up to two years after the recruitment process ends, unless you ask us to delete your application earlier or you join AERINT.
- Google Analytics data: up to 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically.
- Other website technical data: for as long as our providers need it to operate and secure the Website, in line with their retention practices.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration, in line with Israel’s Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017. Access is limited to personnel who need it for their role, and our service providers are bound by confidentiality and security obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Israel
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may request access to personal information about you held in our database, and ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date. You may also ask to be removed from any list used for direct mailing. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact Israel’s Privacy Protection Authority.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to access your personal data, have it rectified or erased, restrict or object to its processing (including processing based on legitimate interests and direct marketing), receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority where you live or work.
United States
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to know about, access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. We will respond to such requests as required by applicable law. Our use of Google Ads remarketing may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some US state laws. You can opt out at any time by selecting “Reject all” in Cookie settings, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out.
How to exercise your rights
Email info@aerint.solutions with your request. You can use the same address to review or update information you submitted through the Website. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will reply within 30 days or any shorter period required by law.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Where you allow advertising cookies, Google may collect information about your online activities over time and across websites. There is no common industry standard for browser Do Not Track signals, so the Website does not respond to them. The Website does honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of advertising cookies.
Children
The Website is intended for professionals and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party websites
The Website may link to websites operated by others. This Policy does not apply to those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If we make material changes, we will post a prominent notice on the Website before they take effect. Use of the Website is also governed by our Terms of Use.
