These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at aerint.solutions and its pages (the “Website”), operated by Aerint Solutions, company number 516440799 (“AERINT”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

If you use the Website on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

The Website provides general information about AERINT and its autonomous aerial systems for defense, security, government and industry professionals. It is not directed at consumers or at individuals under the age of 18.

Content on the Website is provided for general information. Product descriptions, specifications and performance figures, including range, endurance, payload, crew requirements and operational record, are indicative. Actual performance depends on configuration, payload, mission profile and operating conditions, and may change without notice.

Nothing on the Website is an offer, a binding commitment, a representation or a warranty regarding any product or service. Any supply of products, services or technical data is subject to a separate written agreement signed by AERINT and to all required regulatory approvals.

AERINT’s products, services and technical data are subject to Israel’s Defense Export Control Law, 5767-2007, and the regulations issued under it, and may also be subject to the export control and sanctions laws of other countries.

The availability of any product or service in a given country, or to a given end user, depends on the approvals and licences required under those laws. The Website does not offer any product or service to any person or in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful. You may not use content from the Website in breach of applicable export control or sanctions laws.

When you submit a briefing request or otherwise contact us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.

Do not submit classified information, export-controlled technical data, or any information you are not authorized to disclose. Unless a separate written confidentiality agreement is in place, business information you send us through the Website is not treated as confidential. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Website and its content, including text, photographs, renderings, graphics, logos and the names AERINT, G770 and J613, are owned by or licensed to AERINT and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages of the Website for your own internal evaluation of AERINT and its products. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, frame or create derivative works from Website content, or use AERINT’s names or logos, without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information in connection with the Website.

We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time, and may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date and apply from the time they are posted. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with the Website, are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and AERINT regarding your use of the Website, and do not replace any written agreement between you and AERINT.
